/ Movement as support
Do not endure it. Move.
DYNAMICA — Movement Lab. A space where movement is analyzed, measured and built around your condition — from removing pain to building strength.
Leave your number — then pick what suits you: Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber or a call. No commitment.
/ Where to start
You had surgery — and it is unclear what to do next
02A fracture, dislocation or torn ligament — so it does not become chronic
03It has hurt for months, massage and painkillers hold for a week
04You want to get back to training but fear a setback
05You are starting out or coming back after a long break
06Nothing hurts — and you want it to stay that way
During it we determine:
The movement assessment does not commit you to further work.
/ First visit
It will not hurt. This is not about enduring, it is about understanding your movement — 90 minutes at a comfortable pace, and you leave with a plan.
We check joint mobility and muscle strength, palpate the area you complain about, take your history and run functional tests.
We try the first exercises and watch how your body responds — without sharp pain.
What exactly is holding the pain, which movement patterns are off, and a clear route forward. No pushing.

/ Our goal
We take everyone into MOVE STRONG. Not only athletes. Not because everyone needs sport, but because that is where the body lives longest and best.
“No pain” is not the finish line. It is the middle of the road.
The finish line is the reserve you spend over the next thirty years: carrying your own bags, taking the stairs on your own, deciding for yourself where to go.
/ Recovery route
How long does it take? Honestly — it depends on your condition. We name the exact number of sessions only after the movement assessment, with no promises upfront. Some people feel relief within a few weeks, others need a longer route — but you always know what stage you are at.
Stage 01 of 04
Getting back the ability to sleep, sit and walk normally.
Stage 02 of 04
When the pain has eased but the body still feels stiff.
Stage 03 of 04
Building a muscular corset.
Stage 04 of 04
Where we take everyone — not only athletes.

“I had a bad heel fracture. We started with Lera — a training program, procedures, diet. The result is simply stunning: I am already walking 3–4 km. Thank you Dynamica for a second life.”
Костя ДжулякHeel fracture“I am going through rehabilitation after complex knee surgery. The therapist Vlad and the staff always explain what is being done and why. They work comprehensively — both in the gym and with exercises for every day.”
Di NaAfter knee surgery“I did ballet for 12 years and injured my knee because of it. From the first visit I felt an individual approach. I completed the program — the knee gradually recovered.”
Олександра ЧернійKnee injury“I have been coming for several months after giving birth. Reformers with the instructor Yuliia — precise, safe, taking my condition into account. My body has toned up, I feel much better.”
Катерина КононюкPilates after childbirth“I came in with a shoulder and ankle injury. I was pleasantly surprised by the coach approach, and grateful for treating my old volleyball injuries too.”

Painkillers, massage, “getting it put back in place” — all of it works. For a few days. Then the pain returns, because the cause stayed where it was. We work with the cause. The goal is for quick fixes to simply stop being something you need.
It is about the day when you no longer look for something to take the pain away.

/ Questions and answers
Bring that hypothesis with you — it is a good thing that you have thought about your body. But a model answers on average: from what the internet says about knee pain in general. It will not watch you squat, will not feel which muscle fails to switch on, will not measure your range in numbers, and is not accountable for the outcome. We will test your hypothesis and tell you plainly what held up and what did not.
