When one spot has hurt for months — the heel, the elbow, a tendon.
A mechanical push for tissue that got stuck in a chronic state and stopped repairing itself.

Wavefronts: a mechanical pulse into the tendon attachment
/ Method
High-energy acoustic waves delivered through a handpiece precisely into the problem spot.
A chronic tendon stops healing — the body seems to have “forgotten” about it. The shockwave gives a mechanical stimulus that restarts the repair process in the tissue.
We apply gel and the device delivers pulses — from a tapping sensation to noticeable discomfort exactly in the painful spot.
That is normal: we are looking for that exact spot. We adjust the intensity during the session, guided by you.
/ An important difference
In price lists it is one word — “shockwave”. In reality these are two different technologies, and which one stands in the room decides whether the pulse reaches where it hurts.
The energy converges at a point at a set depth and arrives there at full strength. That is why focused waves are used for deep tendinopathies, calcifications in the shoulder and delayed bone healing.
The device costs several times more than a radial one — which is why it is far from every clinic in the city.
Most of the energy stays on the surface and then disperses inward. For superficial trigger points and muscle spasm that is enough.
But it simply does not reach a deep tendon or a calcification — and the course goes by with no result.
Radial is not “bad” — it is about something else. But if it hurts deep and for months, the difference is decisive, and it is worth asking about at any center you go to.
/ What it looks like
Video coming soonWe apply gel and the device delivers pulses — from a tapping sensation to noticeable discomfort exactly in the painful spot.
/ How long
Shockwave is not about one visit and not about daily procedures. The tissue needs time between pulses.
Short but noticeable: we work exactly in the spot that hurts.
You pay not for time but for the number of pulses: 1,000 — UAH 1,000, 2,000 — UAH 2,000, 3,000 — UAH 3,000. How many your area needs the therapist will say on the spot — a large tendon takes more, a point on the heel takes less.
The area sometimes responds during the day — that is an expected tissue response to the stimulus, not a complication.
The tissue has to have time to respond to the pulse. The minimum is once a week; more often than every three days makes no sense.
A chronic tendon does not change in one visit. We do not call fewer than five procedures a course; we determine the exact number after the examination and revise it as we go.
/ When we prescribe it
The key word is chronic. A fresh injury is not treated with shockwave. When it does not suit If the pain appeared days ago and there is swelling, this is the acute phase. Other methods work here, and shockwave would only do harm.

/ Reviews
“We did 5 shockwave therapy procedures, a few sessions, they showed me the exercises — and in a month I was fully back to playing volleyball, and even better than before the injury.”
Лєша Бондаренкоshoulder, volleyball“Thank you to the Dynamica rehabilitation center for the help during my recovery after a back injury. I had physical therapy procedures and shockwave therapy — the result is excellent, no pain.”
Alina Salivonback after an injury“The physical therapy and shockwave here really work wonders: the knee that had bothered me for a long time stopped hurting.”
