Everyone runs their own area. You are not booked into whatever slot is free, but with the person who works with your situation every day — the movement assessment decides who that is.

Who will work with you

Specialists with a medical degree — not «just massage». In pink under the name is what the person works with most often.

Not sure who you need — that is normal. The route is set by the movement assessment: 90 minutes of tests that show which direction is yours.

/ Common ground

What is the same for everyone

People differ, the approach does not. This is what you get regardless of who you end up with.

A medical degree, not a weekend course

Bogomolets NMU, NUPESU, Igor Sikorsky KPI, Borys Grinchenko University. Then specialist schools: OMTPT, IVR, ACOMED, Polestar Pilates, BTL-Ukraine.

Hands, exercise and equipment in one place

Manual techniques, therapeutic exercise and BTL physiotherapy equipment — no need to travel between three addresses to put a course together.

One person runs the whole route

From the first assessment to your return to sport you stay with the same specialist. You are not handed over between visits.

The result is a written report

After the movement assessment you receive a document with numbers: what was measured, what was found, what happens next. You can show it to a doctor or a coach.

/ How it works

How your specialist is chosen

Not by whichever slot is free.

The movement assessment comes first. Ninety minutes of tests show what exactly is not working — and which direction you need.

Then the specialist’s profile. Post-surgical cases go to those who work with them daily; back and neck, knee or foot — each has its own person.

You can ask for a specific person. If you came because of a review or a recommendation — say so when booking, we will arrange the schedule.

Complex cases are seen by the doctor. Yaroslav Yastremskyi operates and follows post-surgical clients at Kyiv City Hospital No. 12 — if needed, he joins your case.

If it does not click

Tell the administrator — we will move you to a colleague in the same area. Your visit history and reports stay yours, nothing starts from scratch.

/ First step

Start with a movement assessment

Ninety minutes of tests — and you know what we are working with, how long it takes and who is guiding you.

/ Questions

Common questions about the team

Can I choose a specific specialist?+

Yes. Mention it when booking and the administrator will find a slot with them. If they have nothing available soon, you will be offered a colleague in the same area or a wait.

How is a physical therapist different from a massage therapist?+

By education and by task. A physical therapist graduates from a medical university, examines you and works with the cause of the restriction — testing movement, choosing load, guiding you toward a specific function. Massage is one technique within that work, not a method in itself.

Do I need a doctor referral?+

No, a referral is not required. If you have MRI or X-ray images or a post-surgery report — bring them, it shortens the path to understanding your situation.

Who teaches the Pilates sessions?+

Three instructors working in the Polestar Pilates method on reformers. It is a separate area: people come once the acute stage is over and the result needs to hold. Details on the page Pilates.

How much is the first visit?+

The movement assessment is UAH 2,000 for 90 minutes. After that you pay per visit that took place: we have no memberships or prepaid packages. The full list is on the page Prices.
