/ What people come with

«WE THOUGHT IT WOULD
HEAL ON ITS OWN»

That is how Tania describes the most common mistake of those who come late: «I will just put up with it and it will pass», and then they do every exercise they found online — even though with their diagnosis those can do harm.

  • After surgery — knee, back, shoulder: getting movement back in the joint
  • Chronic back pain — the kind that flared up and made everyday tasks uncomfortable
  • Long-standing injuries — the ones that stayed silent for years and suddenly spoke up
  • Amputations — preparing for a prosthesis and the recovery that follows
  • Endurance under load — when the task is not treatment but withstanding more

/ Two different tasks

CIVILIANS AND MILITARY
RECOVER DIFFERENTLY

This is not the same work with different people. Different timelines, different goals, different movements to bring back. Tania runs both and does not mix them up.

  • Civilians

First — trusting your body again

«After hernia surgery the hardest part was teaching a person to trust their body again, gradually restoring the smallest movements. It took a lot of time and effort — from the client and from me. Painstaking, long work in tandem. But over time you notice the person performing movements that had long been forgotten.»

  • Military

The timeline is tight, and we do not work from a template

«For these people it is very important to return to service within a short time. So you work in tandem here too: you adapt to the specific movements and tasks the person performs. And you constantly have to work outside protocol templates, correcting everything as you go.»

WHAT PEOPLE
WRITE ABOUT HER

Two Google reviews mention Tania by name, both from 2026. We did not order them and did not edit them — this is an export from our profile, and the button below leads there.

«I went through rehabilitation at this center after a combat injury. I worked with a true professional — Tetiana. Despite serious problems caused by the injury and long treatment, in a fairly short time we achieved significant results and substantially restored my physical capacity.»

Олександр ПасічнюкAfter injury

«I want to thank the whole team for their work, and Tetiana in particular — for her diligence, professionalism and dedication, and for her significant contribution to restoring both my physical and emotional state.»

A HOSPITAL, A REHABILITATION
INSTITUTE, DYNAMICA

Her practice started not in a private studio but in a city hospital — where people arrive straight after surgery or injury.

  • Education

    Bogomolets NMU

Bachelor’s — physical and occupational therapist. Master’s — therapy and rehabilitation.

  • 6 months

Kyiv City Hospital No. 18 — occupational therapist

Work in a city clinical hospital: restoring everyday skills after procedures and injuries.

  • 2 years

Kyiv Institute of Rehabilitation — physical therapist

Post-surgical recovery, amputations, preparation for prosthetics.

  • 2023 / 2025

Amputee Rehab — two full courses

2023/2024 and 2024/2025. This is a separate area that few people work in: residual limb preparation, phantom pain, learning to walk on a prosthesis.

  • Now

    Dynamica — movement lab

Works with civilians and military, from the first movement assessment to the return to full load.

  • OMTPT — orthopedic manual therapy, Agranov school
  • Physical therapy for lower back pain
  • BTL courses: SIS magnetic therapy, laser, TECAR, shockwave
  • Redcord — hands-on work with the system

/ Outside the clinic

SHE HERSELF HAS
CHRONIC BACK PAIN

And old injuries too. This is not what usually goes on a specialist’s page, but it is exactly why she knows from the inside what it feels like — and why «just do not load it» does not work.

«Even with chronic back pain I can do strength work and cardio without pain»

/ First visit

WHAT HAPPENS
AT THE FIRST VISIT

One hour. No prepaid packages and no procedures prescribed before it is clear what exactly is not working.

  • A conversation: what hurts, when it started, what you have already tried
  • Movement assessment — how the body distributes weight and where it loses control
  • Functional tests and, if needed, work on BTL equipment
  • A written report and a plan: what we do next and how long it takes

«Do not expect a fast result and do not force things. The body is individual, everyone recovers differently, everyone has their own pace. What matters is adapting the load and correcting the technique specifically for you»

Tania — what she has to explain to almost everyone

/ The written report

THIS IS WHAT
THE REPORT LOOKS LIKE

Three real reports by our physical therapists — anonymised, with the clients’ permission. These are examples of what you receive after the first visit: not a prescription and not a diagnosis, but a clear description of what is happening with movement and what we do next.

START WITH A MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT,
NOT WITH A DIAGNOSIS

At the first meeting Tania watches how you move and decides with you what happens next.

/ Questions and answers

WHAT PEOPLE ASK
AT ALMOST EVERY CONSULTATION

Seven questions Tania hears more often than others. The answers are in her own words.

How fast will I recover?+
Do not expect a fast result and do not force things — these are Tania’s words, repeated to almost everyone. The body is individual, everyone recovers differently, everyone has their own pace. What matters is not speed but how well the load and technique were adapted to you.
How many sessions will I need?+
No one can honestly name an exact number in advance, and we do not. A benchmark appears after the first movement assessment, once it is clear what is not working. We have no prepaid packages — you pay for the visits that actually happened.
Can it be faster? I am short on time+
Tania does not do extreme fast recovery that is not adapted to the individual. This is not stubbornness: a forced pace risks flare-ups and complications, and ends up taking longer than going steadily would have.
Is this forever?+
Tania herself has old injuries and chronic back pain — and she does strength work and cardio without pain. Rehabilitation ends not when «it does not hurt today» but when you have moved to a new stage and hold a load that was impossible before.
Will I be able to do what I did before?+
That is the goal. The sign that it worked: you notice changes in everyday life that were impossible before rehabilitation, and you perform familiar tasks in a harder version — without fear and without pain.
I am in the military. Will I make it back to service?+
The timeline depends on the nature of the injury, but the approach differs from civilians: the program is built around the specific movements and tasks you need to perform in service, and is corrected during sessions rather than following a protocol template.
I do not have a diagnosis yet. Should I see you or a doctor?+
Come in — at the first consultation Tania will explain how recovery works and, if a specialist doctor is needed, will say so directly and refer you. That is more honest than starting sessions blind.
