Massage
Work with tension and tissue — on its own or as part of a recovery plan.
We start not with where it hurts but with why the tension is there. Otherwise everything comes back within a week.
Leave your number — then pick what suits you: Telegram or a call. No commitment.

What makes our massage different
Why the tension is not where it hurts
Tension is rarely where the problem is. A muscle holds a spasm because it is compensating for something else — a weak area, a restricted joint, a habit of moving a certain way.
What we do first
So first we look at what exactly is making this muscle work at its limit. Then the massage takes the tension away, and the session removes the reason it appeared.
How we work
We briefly ask what bothers you and after what. Then we work with the chosen area — 30 minutes.
What comes next
We set the pressure together with you. “Endure it, it is good for you” is not our approach: pain during a massage only adds protective tension.
/ Techniques
Eight techniques,
not one
“Massage” is not a single procedure. The therapist picks the technique for the task: warming up before load and breaking up an old knot are different kinds of hands-on work.
Classic medical
The basic manual technique: effleurage, friction, kneading, vibration — in exactly that order. It is where you start when you need to release tension and prepare the tissue for work.
Sports
For load. Before the start it warms up, after it removes tightness and speeds up recovery. The most common request among people who train regularly.
Myofascial
Deep work with fascia — the sheaths around muscles — and with trigger points. This is what breaks up old knots and spasms that ordinary kneading does not touch.
Reflex-segmental
Work on skin zones connected by nerve endings to specific internal organs.
Acupressure (shiatsu)
Pressure on biologically active points. We use it when sharp pain has to be relieved quickly.
Periosteal
A firm technique working with the periosteum. We use it for chronic joint and bone conditions, when soft tissue no longer responds.
Visceral
Gentle massage of the internal organs through the abdominal wall — for the digestive tract.
Rehabilitation
Individual recovery programs after a stroke, fractures or surgery. Here massage goes alongside a session rather than instead of it.
/ What it looks like
How a session
goes
So first we look at what exactly is making this muscle work at its limit. Then the massage takes the tension away, and the session removes the reason it appeared.
- we work with the area identified at the assessment
- we set the pressure together — it should not hurt
- 30 minutes on the chosen area
- after the session — movement, so the result holds
- on its own or as part of a recovery plan

/ How long
How long
it takes
You choose the length — it determines how much of the body we get through. The therapist matches the technique to the task.
Local
One area: back, neck and shoulders, legs or head.
The whole back of the body
Back, neck, glutes, backs of the legs — in one session.
Full body
Completely, both sides. The format for people who came not for a local problem but to recover after load.
Massage is rarely a standalone service: most often it goes inside a plan — we take the tension away, then work with movement.
/ When we prescribe it
When massage is exactly what you need
- muscle tension after load or a long day
- stiffness in the back and neck that gets in the way of movement
- preparing tissue before a session
- recovery between workouts
- stress tension that settled in the shoulders and neck
It works best paired with a session: the massage opens a window, the session locks it in. When massage will not be enough If the pain comes back a few days after every session, the massage is treating the consequence. The cause is only visible at a movement assessment, and without it you will be getting massages for years.
/ Contraindications
When massage is not done
- an acute injury, fresh swelling, a hematoma
- fever, acute infections
- thrombosis or a suspicion of it
- skin conditions, wounds or a rash in the treatment area
- cancer
- pregnancy — only by agreement and in certain positions
- The final decision is up to the specialist. If there is any doubt, a physical therapist takes a look first.

WHO DOES
THE MASSAGE
Before any hands-on work there is a conversation about the nature and cause of the pain. The technique is chosen to fit your condition, not the price list.
