/ Pilates
When body and brain work together. No overload, no sharp moves, with respect for the nervous system.
This is not stretching and not fitness. It is tuning your mechanics: the body learns control, not tolerance to pain.
Leave your number — then pick what suits you: Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber or a call. No commitment.
/ Method
Most often it gets confused with stretching or with light fitness. It is neither.
Nobody pulls your body — it is taught control. Flexibility here is not the goal but a side effect.
No exhaustion and no records. Success is not “did more” but “did it clean”.
We work within limits your nervous system can absorb. Overload here does not speed things up, it sets you back.
What matters is not how far you can reach, but whether you control the joint in that range.
/ The cause
Pain often appears not because “something broke” but because the body has been compensating for years: one area does the work of two, another is switched off. Reformer Pilates does not treat. It restores stability and control, reduces excess tension and creates conditions in which it is safe for the body to work.
When Pilates alone will not be enough. If something hurts right now and you do not know why — start with a movement assessment. Pilates works great once it is clear what exactly we are working with.
/ What it looks like
A carriage on rails and a set of springs of different stiffness. The spring does not make the work easier — it sets the resistance and the plane in which the body moves.
That is exactly why you can work on a reformer both after an injury and with no experience — the body moves along a set path instead of searching for it.
/ studio
A room built around the reformers: wooden floor, full-wall mirrors, tall windows. Not a corner of a gym.
/ Where to start
Nobody goes straight into a group. First we look at what you are coming in with.
One hour: up to thirty minutes of testing by the Polestar protocol, the rest is getting to know the reformer.
Small groups, the instructor sees everyone. Technique control and gradual progress.
Maximum attention — when there are restrictions, your own pace or a specific goal.
Split or duo — a class for two, UAH 2,500. A mini-group of three — UAH 3,300. The format for when you want the instructor attention but not to be alone.
Pilates here is part of the system, not a separate club. Next comes strength and endurance: from a safe start to a confident state.
/ what it looks like
The spring forgives a mistake, the body does not. That is why form gets corrected mid-movement, not after the set.

/ Schedule
Groups run at fixed hours, one-on-one sessions in any slot of the working day.
In most cases we see people the same day they contact us, with no weeks of waiting. Free slots are posted daily on Instagram @dynamica.kyiv.
/ A separate format
More dynamics and work at the barre, less work on the reformers. The same principle: control instead of exhaustion.
The schedule matches the Pilates one.

/ The result
This is not about a quick effect. It is about changes you notice in ordinary life — how you sit, stand up, carry bags.
/ Instructors
Three instructors, all working in the Polestar Pilates method — so the test and the classes speak the same language.
