Physical therapy
A procedure does not treat on its own. It removes pain and swelling so that movement becomes possible at all.
The method is chosen by a physical therapist after a movement assessment — for a specific area and a specific task. We do not sell courses of procedures upfront.
Leave your number — then pick what suits you: Telegram or a call. No commitment.
/ Method
Why procedures at all, if movement is the main thing
When moving hurts
Because there are states where moving simply hurts. The muscle is in protective spasm, the tissue is swollen, every attempt to load it brings the pain back and undoes everything.
What procedures do
A procedure removes that barrier: it reduces pain and swelling enough for you to start working with the cause. After that movement does the work.
What movement does
It does not “put things back”, it does not dissolve herniations and it does not replace working with the body.
Together
If procedures give relief for two days and then everything comes back, it means nobody touched the cause. That is exactly why a procedure is never a standalone service here: it is always part of a plan.
/ Methods
Eight tools
that we use
Each one covers its own task. What exactly you need is decided by the physical therapist after an examination, not by the price list.
Seven of the eight are equipment-based, the eighth is done by hand. All the equipment is BTL (Czech Republic), one of the world manufacturers of physical therapy equipment: the same devices are in clinics and sports centers across Europe.
/ What it looks like
Who prescribes it
and on what principle
Not the front desk and not the client. The physical therapist decides after an examination whether it makes sense — and the same person decides when the procedures are no longer needed.
- the method is chosen by a physical therapist after a movement assessment
- for a specific area and a specific task
- we do not sell courses upfront
- we revise the number as we go, based on how the body responds
- the procedure removes the barrier, then the session does the work

/ Contraindications
When procedures are not used
- pregnancy (some methods — only by agreement)
- cancer
- a pacemaker and other implanted electronic devices
- fever, acute infections
- clotting disorders, taking anticoagulants
- thrombosis or a suspicion of it
- damaged skin or wounds in the treatment area
- The final decision always rests with the physical therapist — at the movement assessment we ask about everything that could be a contraindication.

Would daily sessions make it faster?+
No. Each device has its own frequency, and that frequency is part of the treatment, not a formality. Magnetic therapy and pressotherapy can be done daily, TECAR and EMS at least twice a week, laser two to three times, and focused shockwave only once every 3–5 days — the tissue needs time to respond. Doing more every day usually sets you back rather than speeding you up.
