/ Causes

Injuries rarely appear
“out of nowhere”

A sudden jump in load

Volume grew faster than the body did.

Poor joint stability

The base does not handle the work.

Asymmetries

One side does the work of two.

Movement mechanics

An inefficient pattern repeated thousands of times.

Not enough endurance

Technique falls apart under fatigue.

/ What we look at

What we check
before you start

We are not looking for pain. We assess resilience.

  • hip and knee joint stability
  • balance between muscle groups
  • how the shoulder girdle works
  • foot control
  • endurance
  • the ability to handle progression

Every sport has its own risk areas. We assess the body with your specific load in mind.

/ Who it is for

This is for you if…

  • you periodically break down when volume increases
  • you have had injuries before
  • you are starting strength training
  • you are preparing for a run or a marathon
  • you are returning to sport after a break
  • you want to minimize risk before any symptoms appear

People who come to us are not only athletes but also those who simply want to train without breakdowns.

Probably not, if you: are looking for a quick fix without any effort on your side · want “just a massage” or “to have it put back in place” · are not ready to work with your body systematically

/ Why it matters

If you have already had
“it used to pass on its own”

Yes, pain can pass. But if the body regularly breaks down as volume grows, the base stability is not handling the work.

Repeat breakdowns turn into a chronic condition over time.

And that is a longer and harder road. We help close the weak spots earlier — while they cost a few sessions rather than a few months.

If you do not need sport

Even without athletic ambitions the body needs preparation. Injuries often come not from too much load but from the absence of it or from the wrong progression. We build a base for fitness, an active lifestyle and long-term movement.

/ First visit

What happens at the first visit

It will not hurt. This is not about enduring, it is about understanding your movement — 90 minutes at a comfortable pace, and you leave with a plan.

01 · 30 min · movement assessment

We check joint mobility and muscle strength, palpate the area you complain about, take your history and run functional tests.

02 · 60 min · trial session

We try the first exercises and watch how your body responds — without sharp pain.

→ result · a plan to take with you

What exactly is holding the pain, which movement patterns are off, and a clear route forward. No pushing.

A free physical therapy procedure at the first visit — at no extra cost.

/ Proof

What you take
at the first visit

Not an opinion “in words”, but a written report: complaints, examination data in numbers, a conclusion and recommendations. Here are three real ones — different cases.

Physical therapist’s report after surgery
After knee surgery
Physical therapist’s report after an injury
Injury at the gym
Physical therapist’s report for a complaint
A complaint without an injury

Real reports. Personal data hidden.

How we work:
from pain to strength

How long does it take? It depends on the base you are starting from and the volume ahead. After the assessment we give you a benchmark and criteria — the signs to move on by.

Stage 01 of 04

Base assessment

To see where the weak link is before it becomes an injury.

  • Joint stability, strength and side-to-side symmetry — in numbers.
  • Foot control and how the shoulder girdle works.
  • Tests that take your specific type of load into account.

Stage 02 of 04

Closing the weak spots

Targeted work where the base does not hold.

  • Exercises for stabilizers and deep muscles.
  • We even out asymmetries between sides.
  • We fix the movement mechanics that repeat thousands of times.

Stage 03 of 04

Endurance for the volume

So technique does not fall apart under fatigue.

  • Endurance work for your type of load.
  • Volume progression with checkpoints.
  • Recovery between sessions as part of the plan.

Stage 04 of 04

Independence

A program you continue on your own.

  • A routine matched to your schedule and your gym.
  • Signs that tell you to stop or to add.
  • Scheduled check-ins so you do not lose the base.

/ how long it takes

HOW MANY SESSIONS
AND WHAT IT COSTS

The honest answer is: it depends. But here is what it looks like for our clients — three typical scenarios instead of one number.

A single visit

Roughly one in three comes once: we find the cause, you get a plan and do the rest yourself. That is UAH 2,000 — and nothing more.

5–10 sessions, four to six weeks

The most common path: twice a week, sessions plus physical therapy procedures. The whole course usually comes to UAH 8,000–18,000.

Two to three months

After surgery and with long-standing problems: the same two visits a week, but 15–25 sessions. That is UAH 20,000–35,000 spread over a quarter.

This is a benchmark, not a rule. What affects the timeline most is how long you have been living with the problem. The movement assessment shows what your case needs — after it you can budget instead of guessing.

/ Physical therapy

What can help
you get there faster

When pain is sharp or there is swelling, the body blocks movement — and any exercise becomes either impossible or unsafe. Physical therapy removes that barrier so you can start moving.

This is not a separate course of procedures. Everything works inside the plan — and at the first visit it is included in the price.

Ten tools. Which of them you actually need is decided by the physical therapist after the movement assessment.

/ Red flags

When you should first
right away

Before starting the program it is worth ruling out:

01acute pain that does not go away at rest
02joint swelling with no clear cause
03chest pain or shortness of breath under load
04dizziness during training
05a fresh injury a doctor has not examined

/ Questions and answers

Frequent questions
about preparation

I already train. Why do I need an assessment?+
To see where the base does not hold before it turns into an injury. Most breakdowns come not from intensity but from a weak link that went unnoticed.
Will this take time away from my training?+
No. The preparation is built into your training process rather than replacing it. The task is to keep your progress from being interrupted.
Nothing hurts. Is it normal to come in?+
This is the best moment. Working with a margin is easier and cheaper than recovering after a breakdown.
Do you work with my sport?+
Running and marathons, strength training, CrossFit, soccer, tennis and padel, cycling, skiing, functional training. If yours is not on the list — we will assess the load and figure it out.
How will I see the result?+
Movement becomes more stable, strength grows, load feels easier, the fear of breaking down goes away, recovery between sessions speeds up. The sign of readiness is when the body handles the volume without setbacks.
How many sessions will I need and what will it cost?+

About a third of people are done after a single visit — UAH 2,000 for the movement assessment and a plan they follow on their own. The most common path is 5–10 sessions twice a week over four to six weeks, UAH 8,000–18,000 for the course. After surgery or with long-standing problems, two to three months and 15–25 sessions, UAH 20,000–35,000. The assessment gives the exact answer.
