We collected what we get asked in DMs every day. Answers without «an individual approach» and other filler.
How much it costs
UAH 2,000
The first visit is a movement assessment: 90 minutes of tests, after which it is clear what is going on and what to do next. No blind prescribing of procedures.

Not everyone asks this out loud, but almost everyone thinks it. Here is what people come with most often — according to our own clients.
If your situation is not on the list, that does not mean no. Write to us and we will tell you honestly whether this is for us. Sometimes the right answer is «see a doctor first», and we say it.
/ First visit
This is what worries people most, even though they ask about it less often than about the price.
Ninety minutes: a conversation about what bothers you and movement testing. The specialist looks at how the whole body works, not only the spot that hurts. By the end you know your starting point and the plan.
Yes. After the assessment you receive a written report — what was found, what to do about it and in what order. It is your document; you can take it anywhere.
Usually we can find a slot within the next few days, sometimes the same day. The exact time depends on the specialist — write to us and the administrator will check the schedule.
A change of clothes you can move in and indoor shoes. Socks are fine too. For running testing bring your own running shoes — the test will be more representative. If you have recent scans or reports, bring them, but it is not required.
Testing means movements, not procedures forced through pain. If a movement hurts, we do not push through it: pain here is information, not proof of work.
/ Imaging
In short: nothing needs to be done in advance. And we do not compete with your doctor — we work together with them.
No. Do not spend money on it in advance.
For a scan to be useful, you need to know what to look for in it. Someone without a medical background cannot formulate that question — and usually gets a generic report that changes nothing. What needs checking becomes clear after the movement assessment.
No. Come on your own, without a referral and without prior imaging.
We will write the referral ourselves — after the first visit, once it is clear what to check. And we write it specifically: which structure to look at, in which sequence, what to pay attention to.
This is not a formality. «Knee MRI» and a precise request for a specific ligament are different scans and different conclusions. We work with the leading MRI centers in Kyiv, so you will not have to look for where to go or go twice.
Yes, bring them if you have them. But we do not treat the scan: what an MRI shows and how a person actually moves often do not match. So we look at both.
We are not an alternative to your doctor. We are a team with them. You do not have to choose between us: give us their contact and we will work together.
We will contact them directly rather than through you. When information travels through the client it inevitably gets distorted: something is misheard, something is retold wrong, and everyone decides blindly.
Your doctor knows your history and what has already been done. We see how you move now. Together the decision is more precise — and all three sides win: you, the doctor and us. Surgery and prescriptions are their area. Getting movement back afterwards is ours.
We will say so directly and refer you to the right doctor. Physical therapists do not prescribe medication — they have no right to, and that is normal. There is an orthopedic trauma surgeon on the team you can consult.
/ Specialists
Twelve specialists: an orthopedic trauma surgeon, seven physical therapists, three Pilates instructors and a running coach.
Yes, if you already know who you want. If not, the direction is set by the first movement assessment, and the administrator will book you with the person who works with your situation every day.
Yes. The team includes an orthopedic trauma surgeon — he handles pain syndromes and advises on surgical questions.
A fair question, so here is a fair answer. Physical therapy as a separate profession is young in Ukraine: the specialist master’s programs opened in the 2010s. A specialist over 60 holding a physical therapy degree barely exists — not because we do not hire them.
Second: the approaches have changed a lot. What was taught fifteen years ago — «take care, move less, wait it out» — works against people today. Ours studied when evidence-based rehabilitation was already the norm, and they keep studying.
And third: in this field it is worth looking not at age but at three things — a relevant degree, whether the specialist lives by what they advise, and results. Ours train themselves. The result is 4.9 and over 200 Google reviews.
If you specifically need a doctor’s view — the team includes an orthopedic trauma surgeon.
One. Your route is led by your specialist, not by «whichever slot is free».
