This page explains what data we collect on the site, why we need it and what you can do about it. Written in plain language — but it is the official document.
Last updated: 2 September 2026The data controller is Bohdan Svyrydov, a private entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, operating under the name Dynamica · Movement Lab. Center address: 6A Pyrohova St, Kyiv, Ukraine.
For any question about your data write to dynamica.src@gmail.com — the same inbox that receives requests from this site.
Through the form on the site: your phone number; your name, if you give it; and the channel you chose — Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber or a call.
Automatically, as you use the site: IP address, device and browser type, the pages you opened, the referral source together with advertising tags (utm, gclid, fbclid), and cookie identifiers of analytics and advertising services. If you call us — the number you called from and the technical details of the call from our telephony provider.
What we never collect on the site: diagnoses, health complaints, medical documents or any other health data. The form asks for a phone number only. Everything about your health is discussed at the appointment and stored in the center’s medical records, not on the website.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to outside companies for their own advertising.
Your consent — given when you submit your number through the form (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Only with services that help us operate, and only to the extent required:
Some of these companies process data on servers outside Ukraine, and each has its own privacy policy.
Form requests — up to three years from your last contact. Analytics data — for the retention periods of the services themselves (usually up to 14 months in Google Analytics). Client medical records are kept separately under the rules for such documentation. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will.
To use any of these rights, write to dynamica.src@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Technical cookies keep the site working: they remember your language and hold the session. Analytics and advertising cookies are set by Google and Meta — they show how many people come and what works in advertising.
You can switch cookies off in your browser settings, or selectively: opt out of Google Analytics, Google ad settings. The site works without them.
The site is not intended for unsupervised use by children. A booking for a child is made by a parent or legal guardian, who also gives consent for data processing.
If the policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes — a new purpose of processing, for example — will be announced separately on the site.
