Fitness made
just for you
First we measure how your body actually moves. Then we train exactly what is holding you back.
Not a one-size-fits-all program, but a plan built on your numbers — with a re-test a month later so you can see the difference.
Leave your number — then pick what suits you: Telegram or a call. No commitment.
/ Approach
Why one program
doesn’t work for everyone
The body compensates: where something falls short, another area takes over the work. A generic program can’t see that — and progress stalls. We start with measurements, not exercises.
One side does the work of two
right and left work unevenly, and the load shifts to the stronger side.
Range of motion hits a limit
you can do the exercise, but not through the full range.
Strength without control
the weight goes up, but balance and stability lag behind.
Progress by guesswork
without measurements you can’t see what changed — or whether anything did.
/ Body check-up
What we measure
at the body check-up
90 minutes, four blocks:
- mobility — range of motion in degrees across the whole body, right and left sides measured separately
- strength and symmetry — dynamometry of the trunk and legs; a side-to-side gap over 10% shows up in the numbers
- balance and control — single-leg stance with eyes open and closed, squats on force platforms
- a plain-language summary — what exactly holds your movement back, plus exercises with sets and reps
Every measurement goes straight into a tablet — you see the numbers during the test, not by feel.
/ Who it’s for
This is for you if…
- you train, but progress has stalled
- you feel one side works harder
- you want to start but don’t know where
- you want strength and endurance for years to come, not just one season
You don’t have to be an athlete. You just have to want to understand your body and see progress in numbers.
/ How we work
From check-up
to results in numbers
Every stage ends with a measurement — so you see what changed instead of guessing.
Stage 01 of 04 · CHECK-UP
Body check-up
We measure mobility, strength, symmetry and balance.
- 90 minutes, numbers on the tablet right away.
- We see where one side does the work of two.
- A plain-language summary.
Stage 02 of 04 · PLAN
Personal plan
A program built on your numbers, not on an average client.
- Priority goes to what holds you back.
- Load matched to your level.
- Home exercises with sets and reps.
Stage 03 of 04 · TRAIN
Targeted training
We work on imbalances and compensations, not on “the whole body in general”.
- A movement specialist stays next to you and watches your technique.
- 60 minutes, one-on-one.
- The load grows as you do.
Stage 04 of 04 · RE-TEST
Re-test
A month later — the same tests, a before-and-after comparison.
- The side-to-side gap — in numbers.
- You see what changed and by how much.
- We adjust the plan for the next month.

/ First visit
What happens at the first visit
It’s not a trial workout, it’s a measurement: where you’re starting from and where to begin.

We measure mobility, strength, symmetry and balance. You see the numbers during the test.
We explain what we found and build your personal training plan.
Measurements for each block, a plain-language summary and home exercises.
/ Team
Who works with you
Your check-up and training are run by a movement specialist who watches your technique and tracks progress — from the first measurement to the re-test.

How to train
After the check-up, choose your format:
- one-on-one with a movement specialist — 1,500 UAH per 60 minutes, a 10-session pack is 10% cheaper
- reformer Pilates — group classes, control and core strength
- barre — at the barre, for tone, endurance and posture
Formats can be combined: your check-up plan works in any of them.
