Pain after a fall or a sudden movement is a signal. Timely rehabilitation brings back movement and full load.
We work step by step — from removing pain to building strength, under medical supervision.
Leave your number — then pick what suits you: Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber or a call. No commitment.
/ Signals
When the cast or brace comes off — and you do not know where to start.
The joint does not hold, or the fear of it happening again stayed.
Or a muscle strain — even if you avoided surgery.
For days or longer, even though “nothing serious was found”.
Movement is not coming back to its usual range.
/ Our profile
We do rehabilitation after:
If needed we bring in a trauma surgeon. An early assessment helps avoid the problem becoming chronic.
/ Who it is for
People who come to us are not athletes — they are people who want to move, sleep and sit normally without pain.

/ The goal
Recovery does not end when symptoms ease.
The goal is to make you resilient to load.
We work to the point where the joint is stable, the muscles handle load, movement is controlled — and you move without fear.
The return happens in stages. We look not only at pain but at strength, stability and functional tests. The decision is based on how ready the body is, not on the calendar.
/ First visit
It will not hurt. This is not about enduring, it is about understanding your movement — 90 minutes at a comfortable pace, and you leave with a plan.
We check joint mobility and muscle strength, palpate the area you complain about, take your history and run functional tests.
We try the first exercises and watch how your body responds — without sharp pain.
What exactly is holding the pain, which movement patterns are off, and a clear route forward. No pushing.
/ Proof
Not an opinion “in words”, but a written report: complaints, examination data in numbers, a conclusion and recommendations. Here are three real ones — different cases.

Real reports. Personal data hidden.
/ Recovery route
How long does it take? It depends on the injury and on how much time has passed. We name the exact number of sessions only after the movement assessment, with no promises upfront — but you always know what stage you are at.
Stage 01 of 04
Getting back the ability to sleep, sit and walk normally.
Stage 02 of 04
When the pain has eased but the joint is still stiff.
Stage 03 of 04
Building a muscular corset around the injured area.
Stage 04 of 04
Preparation for the loads you deal with normally.
/ how long it takes
The honest answer is: it depends. But here is what it looks like for our clients — three typical scenarios instead of one number.
Roughly one in three comes once: we find the cause, you get a plan and do the rest yourself. That is UAH 2,000 — and nothing more.
The most common path: twice a week, sessions plus physical therapy procedures. The whole course usually comes to UAH 8,000–18,000.
After surgery and with long-standing problems: the same two visits a week, but 15–25 sessions. That is UAH 20,000–35,000 spread over a quarter.

/ Physical therapy
When pain is sharp or there is swelling, the body blocks movement — and any exercise becomes either impossible or unsafe. Physical therapy removes that barrier so you can start moving.
This is not a separate course of procedures. Everything works inside the plan — and at the first visit it is included in the price.
Ten tools. Which of them you actually need is decided by the physical therapist after the movement assessment.

/ First step
We assess your condition, determine a safe level of load and build a plan. The movement assessment does not commit you to further work.

/ Questions and answers
About a third of people are done after a single visit — UAH 2,000 for the movement assessment and a plan they follow on their own. The most common path is 5–10 sessions twice a week over four to six weeks, UAH 8,000–18,000 for the course. After surgery or with long-standing problems, two to three months and 15–25 sessions, UAH 20,000–35,000. The assessment gives the exact answer.
